We are looking for a full time Quality Assurance Assistant to work as part of the Quality Team. The role of the Quality Assurance Assistant is to ensure that our products meet established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. On a daily basis the Quality Assurance Assistant will report directly into the Quality Team Leader on shift and will be part of a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Quality checks from raw material primal intake to finished product, retail ready packs despatched to the customer
  • Collection and submission of end samples as per schedule daily
  • Ensure the accurate completion of and storage of all relevant QA paperwork
  • Accurate and timely reporting of non compliance and compliance
  • Ensure that appropriate corrective action is taken as required

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and able to work on their own initiative
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Accuracy
  • Good level of written and spoken English

Desirable

  • 6+ months factory experience
  • Food Industry qualification eg Food Technology
