Responsibilities
The Role:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and improve network services across multiple sites
- Configure and support enterprise-level networking equipment and security systems
- Investigate and manage network and security alerts, ensuring clear incident documentation
- Support and enhance Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint management
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades and manage lifecycle projects
- Provide technical escalation and collaborate with service providers to restore services
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation and apply security principles

The Candidate:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who:
- Has 3-5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or security operations
- Understands TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
- Has hands‑on experience with enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access
- Is experienced with Microsoft server and endpoint technologies
- Can use monitoring tools and perform log analysis for fault isolation
- Is comfortable working with third‑party support providers and vendors
- Possesses clear documentation skills and can communicate technical risks effectively
