Dunbia is seeking Team Leaders to join our production shifts operating a 4 on 4 off pattern. You will support, monitor and meet production requirements while contributing to the company's growth.
The role requires readiness at shift start, ensuring orders are produced to specifications with proper quality and labeling, and maintaining accurate shift records for quality data. You will report anomalies to the Production Manager and assist in achieving targets on quality and efficiency.
