The Dunbia Group wish to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator into their busy HR team based in Dungannon. The successful candidate will work closely with the business to support the delivery of a professional HR service. The role will have a particular emphasis on end to end recruitment of high volume factory / production based roles and the coordination of onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure manning requirements are captured accurately
- Updating and maintaining internal and external job boards and coordinating with recruitment agencies where required
- Sourcing and screening candidates, utilising various channels to find the right candidates, managing direct applications and shortlisting to hiring managers
- Scheduling and participating in interviews with managers, ensuring offer and regret decisions are communicated in a timely manner to all candidates
- Coordinate with Learning and Development team on induction schedules and assisting with general set up and onboarding of employees
- Carry out the full administration duties within the recruitment and selection process adhering to current NI legislation and best practice
- Supporting collation of monitoring information for all vacancies and completion of necessary paperwork for the preparation of the annual Equal Opportunities Return
- Assisting in the required collation and reporting of diversity metrics and statistics
- Collating recruitment KPI information on a weekly and monthly basis
- Ensuring compliance protocols are rigorously adhered to in all recruitment processes
- Completing administrative duties in line with the role and any other duties in support of the HR department as required
Qualifications
- Essential
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruitment
- Experience with bespoke Applicant Tracking Systems and confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Desirable: 12 months experience dealing with end-to-end recruitment in a manufacturing environment
