Working as part of our existing Slaughterhall team, we require a Red Offal Team Leader who will report to Slaughter Hall Management and be responsible for the processing of Red Offal at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary and make a positive contribution to the Company's future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Daily supervision of the red offal production and packaging process, ensuring production targets are met and within timescale;
  • Ensuring that the correct quantities, labelling and temperature check requirements are met;
  • Carrying out yield data analysis in order to maintain and improve standard of yields.
  • Ensure stock levels in store are kept replenished.
  • Ensure store room is kept to a good standard.
  • Communicate key issues to Slaughter hall management.
  • Maintain and promote high standards of quality and food safety;
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy and numerical ability are essential;
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and good communication ability;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team;
  • Driven to consistently deliver high standards to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
