As part of our mission to produce the best lamb from naturally sustainable sources, we are seeking General Operatives to join our thriving Abattoir team. Responsibilities
Your Role: As a General Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining a fast-paced and efficient production environment. You will work closely with your team and managers to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed. Your main duties will include:
- Adhering to departmental SOPs and maintaining high standards.
- Contributing to the team’s goals and department targets.
- Ensuring that all customer and company specifications are met.
- Keeping your work area clean and organized at all times, following our ‘clean as you go’ policy.
- Promoting and maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
