Loading Bay Operative

Overview

An opportunity has arisen to join our Loading Bay team at Dunbia Llanybydder. This is an exciting chance to join a well-established team in a fast paced and dynamic environment. No prior experience is required, and on-site training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of lamb carcasses
• Scanning of lamb and beef carcasses
• Semi-automated loading of beef carcasses
• Trimming of beef and lamb carcasses
• Quartering of beef carcasses
• Housekeeping within the department
• Ensuring that Quality, Health & Safety and other Company policies are adhered to and liaising with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved
• Maintaining good employee relations and promoting equality of opportunity
• Working within the Company Mission, Vision and Values
