Working as part of our existing Slaughterhall team, we require a Red Offal Team Leader who will report to Slaughter Hall Management and be responsible for the processing of Red Offal at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary and make a positive contribution to the Company's future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of the red offal production and packaging process, ensuring production targets are met and within timescale;
- Ensuring that the correct quantities, labelling and temperature check requirements are met;
- Carrying out yield data analysis in order to maintain and improve standard of yields;
- Ensure stock levels in store are kept replenished;
- Ensure store room is kept to a good standard;
- Communicate key issues to Slaughter hall management;
- Maintain and promote high standards of quality and food safety;
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy and numerical ability are essential;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and good communication ability;
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team;
- Driven to consistently deliver high standards to ensure customer satisfaction;
- IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
