Join Dunbia, a leading red meat processor, as our new Group HR Assistant. This role is integral to our Group HR Team, providing essential support in recruitment, learning and development, and the management of overseas worker processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for HR, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Work 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day between 8:30-17:00. Be part of a globally recognised company in the food industry. Opportunity to work in a group role supporting our 13 UK sites from our Cross Hands site. Gain experience in diverse HR functions including recruitment and learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, including candidate processing and interview coordination.
- Manage records and compliance for overseas workers and visas.
- Assist with Learning and Development activities, coordinating with third-party providers.
- Support early careers programmes, including apprenticeships and graduate onboarding.
- Contribute to Group HR projects and ensure compliance with audits.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality records.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in using administrative systems and managing multiple priorities.
The Package
As a Group HR Assistant at Dunbia, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.
