The successful candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional quality for our customers. Working hours are afternoon into evening from 3.15pm to 11.45pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- To work within departmental Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain the pace of work in line with production needs in terms of filling bags and crates with products
- Work with the Managers and wider Team to achieve the department targets
- Ensure customer and company specifications are achieved
- Work to a clean as you go policy, ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy
- Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations
- Be able to follow instructions and procedures
- Be safety conscious
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Have a commitment to quality work and reliability
- Be willing to gain new skills and experiences
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also working as part of a team
Full training is provided, and there are many progression opportunities including undertaking butchery skills training.
