Sales Administrator - Mon - Fri 40 hours per week

Dunbia is one of Europe’s leading and respected suppliers of top-quality Beef and Lamb products for the national and international retail, commercial and food service markets and we are currently recruiting at our Carnaby site for a Sales Administrator reporting to the Commercial Cordinator.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a career in sales administration, you will work as part of the Commercial Department providing administrative support to the team.

On a daily basis this will cover a wide range of administrative tasks, in a fast-paced environment, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary will be discussed at interviews and dependent on experience.

  • liaise with Sales and Planning Teams to collate and plan order requirements
  • Entering all order information onto the weekly planner and Movex
  • Sending release notifications for product ordered from the Cold-Store and liaise with the logistics team to ensure delivery needs are met.
  • Applying for health certificates for export
  • Raise purchase orders and receipt in goods/services received.
  • Work with the Finance department to ensure the PO process is completed by the reporting deadlines.
  • Booking Transport for sales orders
  • Preparing sales and haulage reports
  • Maintaining weekly KPI documents
  • Collaboratively work with Supply Chain departments, export hauliers, customers and agents, to ensure 100% service level and to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
  • Prepare and present sales reports as necessary
  • Proven administrative experience is essential, preferably within a sales commercial role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments and external customers.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills, capable of confidently working to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly proficient IT skills, in particular able to manipulate data in Excel, producing reports and analyzing date.
  • Applicants must be educated to GCSE standard, including Maths and English
  • Must be able to provide Right to Work in the UK documentation
  • Driving License essential to the role as may be required to travel to other sites
