Dunbia is one of Europe’s leading and respected suppliers of top-quality beef and lamb products for the national and international retail, commercial and food service markets. We are currently recruiting at our Carnaby site for a Sales Administrator reporting to the Commercial Coordinator. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a career in sales administration. You will work as part of the Commercial Department providing administrative support to the team. On a daily basis this will cover a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Salary will be discussed at interviews and will depend on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Sales and Planning Teams to collate and plan order requirements.
  • Enter all order information onto the weekly planner and Movex.
  • Send release notifications for product ordered from the Cold‑Store and liaise with the logistics team to ensure delivery needs are met.
  • Apply for health certificates for export.
  • Raise purchase orders and record receipt of goods/services.
  • Work with the Finance department to ensure the PO process is completed by the reporting deadlines.
  • Book transport for sales orders.
  • Prepare sales and haulage reports.
  • Maintain weekly KPI documents.
  • Collaboratively work with Supply Chain departments, export hauliers, customers and agents to ensure 100% service level and meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales reports as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience is essential, preferably within a sales commercial role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments and external customers.
  • Organized with excellent time‑management skills, capable of confidently working to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient IT skills, in particular able to manipulate data in Excel, producing reports and analysing data.
  • Applicants must be educated to GCSE standard, including Maths and English.
  • Must be able to provide Right to Work in the UK documentation.
  • Driving licence essential to the role as it may be required to travel to other sites.
