A primary school based in Northampton is looking for a Pastoral Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated pupil support team - someone who can build strong, trusting relationships and help pupils thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing emotional and pastoral support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Supporting behaviour management and conflict resolution.
- Encouraging positive attendance, punctuality, and engagement.
- Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies where appropriate.
- Helping create a safe, inclusive environment where pupils feel heard and understood.
