Hair & Beauty Teacher – Join an Inspirational ARP in Milton Keynes\\n\\nDunbar Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Hair & Beauty Teacher to join an exceptional Alternative Provision (ARP) in Milton Keynes. \\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nLocation: Milton Keynes\\n\\nStart Date: ASAP\\n\\nContract Type: Temporary, Part-time\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDeliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Hair & Beauty to students with a range of abilities and needs.\\n\\nMaintain a strong focus on behaviour management, creating a positive and safe learning environment.\\n\\nDevelop students' practical skills through use of the fully equipped Hair & Beauty salon.\\n\\nProvide consistent feedback to students to help them achieve their academic and vocational goals.\\n\\nWork collaboratively with a dedicated team to support the holistic development of each student.\\n\\nCreate individualised learning plans that support students with additional needs.\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For:\\n\\nExperience teaching or tutoring young people, ideally within the 11-19 age group.\\n\\nStrong experience with behaviour management and working with students who may have complex needs.\\n\\nA passion for making a difference in the lives of young people, with a genuine care to support them in achieving their full potential.\\n\\nExperience in Hair & Beauty and the ability to deliver both theoretical and practical lessons.\\n\\nExperience within vocational training is highly beneficial, but not essential.\\n\\nWhy Join Us:\\n\\nJoin a supportive, inclusive team dedicated to providing young people with a positive educational experience.\\n\\nWork in a purpose-built facility with excellent resources for Hair & Beauty training.\\n\\nOpportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.\\n\\nInterested?
