A primary school based in Kettering has an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Teacher to join their team from January 2025. This is a full time, permanent position suited to either an experienced or Early Career Teachers. As the successful Early Years Teacher, you will be joining an Ofsted rated good school, with an established senior leadership team who have a heavy focus on teacher wellbeing. The school generally has very high staff retention levels, with this position becoming available due to the current teacher relocating. This is a two-form entry school, allowing you to joint plan with the second year group teacher, helping to manage teacher workload. There is also the support of a shared Teaching Assistant as well as 1:1 support for pupils with an EHCP.
