The Role:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 5 pupil with behavioural needs.
- Work closely with class teachers, SENCo, and support teams to create a safe, structured, and positive environment.
- Use positive behaviour strategies, restorative approaches, and personalised interventions to help the child thrive.
