About the Role

This role helps ensure all learners can participate fully in school life, supporting those who need additional help with access, behaviour, or learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional needs across the curriculum
• Assist with inclusion strategies and interventions
• Promote positive engagement and routine
• Work with teachers and pastoral teams to remove barriers
• Encourage confidence, communication, and independence

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant UK education experience
• Understanding of SEN, behaviour, or inclusion needs
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant CPD is desirable
• Strong relationship‑building and support skills
