About the Role

This position focuses on supporting pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation. You will help learners re-engage positively with school life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide behaviour and pastoral support to identified pupils
  • Implement strategies to improve engagement and self-regulation
  • Deliver mentoring and reflective sessions
  • Work with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and teachers
  • Maintain a safe and structured learning environment

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant UK education experience
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour and inclusion practices
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Relevant CPD is desirable
  • Confident managing challenging situations
