About the Role
This position focuses on supporting pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation. You will help learners re-engage positively with school life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide behaviour and pastoral support to identified pupils
- Implement strategies to improve engagement and self-regulation
- Deliver mentoring and reflective sessions
- Work with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and teachers
- Maintain a safe and structured learning environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant UK education experience
- Strong knowledge of behaviour and inclusion practices
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Relevant CPD is desirable
- Confident managing challenging situations
