Job Description
£120-£150 per day | Full-time | Permanent | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
We are recruiting an Outreach Teacher to provide tailored education to learners in the community around Milton Keynes, helping those unable to attend school.
The Role:

Deliver 1:1 and small-group tuition in homes or community settings.

Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs and EHCP targets.

Implement strong behaviour management strategies.

Collaborate with parents, carers, and multi-agency teams to support progress.
Requirements:

QTS/QTLS or significant experience in delivering alternative education.

Experience with SEND/SEMH learners.

Excellent behaviour management skills are essential.

Flexible and able to travel locally.
