This role is offered through a reputable agency and comes with a competitive daily rate of £150-£250 per day, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with autism and additional learning needs. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, focusing on emotional, social, and academic growth. Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team to create individualised learning plans (IEPs). Use a nurture-based approach to develop students’ self-esteem, communication skills, and independence.
