Job Description

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to support the academic success of students in a thriving secondary school environment? This high-achieving school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Exam Officer to join their team in September 2025. What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating the full examination process, including internal and external exams
  • Liaising with awarding bodies and ensuring compliance with all JCQ regulations
  • Managing invigilators, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
  • Overseeing the secure storage, distribution, and collection of exam materials
  • Supporting the SLT and teaching staff with data and results administration

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an Exams Officer or similar data/admin-focused school role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership qualities
  • A meticulous approach to data entry and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with SIMS or other school MIS systems (desirable)
