Dunbar Brown Group are delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting data consultancy that is looking to strengthen its UK sales team by hiring multiple salespeople. Our client specialises in digital transformation professional services in the Databricks ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt new business opportunities within existing accounts and with new clients, helping to expand the business and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for each account, focusing on client success and fostering long-term partnerships, while also identifying potential for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure services are delivered as promised, solutions meet client expectations, and processes are constantly improved.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and new technologies to ensure the company remains a forward-thinking partner in data, AI, and tech.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and oversee successful completion.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and provide strategic, tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of data-driven transformation, AI, and digital technologies, with experience in a consultancy or tech solutions environment a plus.
- Ability to develop strategies that align client needs with long-term business goals.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth in client accounts.
- Experience of working with Databricks and selling professional services is critical.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or business development role within data, AI, or technology consulting.
- Experience managing complex sales processes and large accounts.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI.
Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have over 5 years of selling consultancy services to large FTSE 100 companies.
