Job Description Sous Chef (AA Rosette Standard) Dunalastair Hotel (Reopening March 2026) - Live in available

Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per year (DOE)

Location: Dunalastair Hotel, Kinloch Rannoch PH16 5PW, Perthshire, Scotland

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 45h per week (includes evenings/weekends on a rota)
