Hotel Manager

Join our expanding hospitality group as we acquire and reinvigorate the prestigious Dunalastair Hotel Suites in the heart of Kinloch Rannoch. We're seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead this boutique property and deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Scotland's most beautiful locations.

As Hotel Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of Dunalastair Hotel Suites, reporting directly to our Cluster General Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance, maintain our high standards, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

• Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and kitchen
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and quality standards
• Manage budgets, revenue optimisation, and cost control
• Handle guest relations and resolve any service issues
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support sales and marketing activities
• Maintain the property's boutique standards and reputation

• 5-star or outstanding country house hotel management experience required
• Valid Personal Licence for Scotland
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commercial acumen with understanding of hotel operations and P&L
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently while reporting to senior management
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
