In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the launch strategies for both new and existing products, ensuring their success. Based in our vibrant London office, you'll enjoy a flexible hybrid work model (3 days per week). This position offers exceptional career growth and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and updates, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Develop end-to-end GTM plans, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, target audience, competitive differentiation, and launch timelines.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for assigned product portfolio and ensure plans are data-driven and measurable.
  • Define and lead growth initiatives for existing products and collaborate with sales leadership on enablement programs to ensure success.
  • Lead and oversee product launches from concept to execution, including beta testing, release scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and gaps in the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product management to translate market feedback and customer insights into recommended improvements and development priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation initiatives, customer communication, and content strategy to support product launches and ongoing product marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance on best practices in product management.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, measuring performance and providing feedback.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Technology or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years' experience of B2B pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management on data analytics products / industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Proven track record of managing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analytical capabilities to assess market performance and adjust strategies accordingly, results-oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable GTM plans.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, detailed mind and a good team player.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, commercial operations, and analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
