Overview

In this role you partner with the General Manager to strengthen performance and execution of strategic priorities, blending business operations with executive coordination. You translate data into insights, manage recurring programs, and drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and finance. You will deliver decision-ready materials and ensure accountability through leadership reviews. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that shapes cross-organisation performance at a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver regular business reporting with insights on performance trends and risks
  • Analyse commercial performance to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Align KPIs and targets with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data and reporting across the business
  • Coordinate business planning and review activities with clear ownership and follow-through
  • Prepare executive presentations and briefings turning complex data into recommendations
  • Track priorities, actions, and decisions to maintain visibility and accountability
  • Anticipate leadership needs and connect stakeholders on risks and decisions
  • Lead cross-functional operational and go-to-market initiatives from planning to execution
  • Manage projects/workstreams with milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success measures
  • Monitor progress, risks, and issues, removing barriers across teams
  • Act as a link between leadership and global/functional teams on priority initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and improve efficiency
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to propose practical improvements
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
  • 5–8 years’ relevant experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Program Management, or similar field
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a commercial environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Good understanding of commercial performance, KPIs, business planning, and operational processes
  • Strong project and program management skills with experience managing priorities, risks, stakeholders, and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills for clear, executive-level presentations
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving accountability
  • Strong judgement and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, business intelligence, and project/workflow tools
  • Proactive, curious, collaborative mindset with ownership and practical problem-solving
