The Associate Product Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) is responsible for supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of a product’s launch and post-launch activities. They work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, pricing, marketing, sales, sales enablement, engineering, implementation, delivery, and customer success to ensure a seamless and impactful product introduction to the market with the alignment on pricing in each country across the region. This role focuses on maximizing product adoption, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the product meets business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute go-to-market plans, including target market analysis, positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Assist in developing sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and training. Ensure all cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) are prepared for the product launch.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that the product aligns with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns and content that drive product awareness and demand.
- Work with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and information to sell the product effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of product launches and marketing campaigns. Gather feedback from sales and customers to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and differentiation. Adjust go-to-market strategies based on competitive landscape and market trends.
- Gather customer insights post-launch to identify areas for improvement and additional revenue opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that products meet user needs and expectations.
- Make sure all departments connected to the launch are in sync and have everything they need to know about the product to conduct the launch. This involves pricing teams, finance, commercial operations and legal.
Essential skills & requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years’ experience of B2B pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management on data analytics products / industry
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment
- Proven track record of managing product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Analytical capabilities to assess market performance and adjust strategies accordingly, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable GTM plans.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
- Independent, detailed mind and a good team player
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, commercial operations and analytics teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
