The Director, Integrated Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy and business growth across key global markets and business segments.
You'll lead integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate demand, and deliver measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll translate market opportunities and commercial priorities into innovative, customer-focused marketing initiatives.
You'll oversee marketing performance and investment decisions, champion data-driven decision-making, and help shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the integrated marketing strategy and long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing guidance on customer engagement, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans across multiple business units, industries, and international markets.
- Set annual and quarterly marketing priorities that support business goals and go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Drive measurable business impact through marketing, including pipeline growth, customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and brand engagement.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize return on investment.
- Translate performance data and market insights into clear recommendations for business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage and optimize marketing investments across channels, programs, regions, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, communications, events, media, analyst relations, and field marketing.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to successfully launch new products, solutions, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Create seamless and consistent customer experiences across the entire customer journey.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, product, and commercial teams.
- Champion innovative marketing approaches, technologies, and customer engagement strategies to enhance performance and customer impact.
- Lead planning and prioritization across global marketing teams to maximize business outcomes and execution excellence.
- Influence strategic business decisions through data-driven insights, market intelligence, and compelling business cases.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles with responsibility for integrated marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience shaping and executing global marketing strategies that drive business growth and support strategic priorities.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business outcomes, including pipeline growth, revenue contribution, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Deep expertise in integrated marketing, customer engagement, brand development, and multi-channel demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing technologies and analytics platforms, including Eloqua, Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven ability to design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, paid, earned, and owned channels that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial results.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make informed decisions, prioritize investments, and maximize marketing impact and return on investment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business productivity tools.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a natural curiosity and a passion for driving continuous improvement and business success.
