The Product Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, plays a key role in prioritizing key deliverables, driving projects aimed at improving our service and business performance in order to make the organization more effective and efficient while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong project management support for initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
  • Work closely with Program Leads to prioritize key deliverables and ensure alignment with the overall program.
  • Apply Six Sigma and Service Design principles aimed at streamlining throughput and ensure projects deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Organize project resources to achieve objectives.
  • Facilitate work stream meetings with team members to ensure solid and timely execution of project decisions and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedule with milestones of key deliverables.
  • Define and manage changes to project scope and budget.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders are updated regarding project. Escalate issues requiring management attention.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship and communication plan for all stakeholders.
  • Work proactively and cross‑functionally with the team to ensure top‑quality deliverables and transparent identification of potential risks and issues.
  • Serve as the owner for work stream project plans and status updates.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 5 years of experience managing cross‑functional projects.
  • Experience or certification with Six Sigma, Service Design, and Agile preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do.
  • Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action.
  • Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
