The Data Advisory Services function helps retain and grow the most valuable relationships in business by uncovering truth and meaning in data. This team serves as the subject matter expert on Dun & Bradstreet data management, utilizing package templates to ensure the enablement and consumption of Dun & Bradstreet data for both paid and standard non-custom engagements, driving value while partnering with sales and collaborating with Data Advisory teams ensuring scalable and repeatable processes of engagement.
This role is responsible for supporting the commercial teams, responding to incoming data requests, and analysing data usage to ensure efficient use across partners, operating the Data Desk along with a team of regional Data Advisors by providing segment recommendations and data strategies that best serve the clientβs audience or campaign needs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an audience data expert, understand and be able to discuss all data sets in corresponding line of business and how they should be best used to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Respond to incoming data requests from programmatic buyers, providing timely and well thought out responses that help drive increased data usage, while also providing best in class client service.
- Provide support across strategic accounts, analyzing usage data and generating ideas, which help increase data adoption.
- Build audience data proposals for strategic accounts.
- Work closely with the strategy teams to help identify best practice and opportunities to increase data usage across industry verticals.
- Collaborate with data partners to create custom solutions and push them into platforms.
- Help clients finding and activating segments in platforms, as well as troubleshooting for campaigns.
- Manage the RFP pipeline in SFDC, and report on regional sales activities.
- Work with the Sales and Product teams to identify new opportunities, based on market demand.
- 2+ years of experience working in the digital media industry, either at a Publisher, Ad Network/DSP, Data Company, or Digital Agency.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple incoming requests and daily projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse teams to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of SFDC, Jira, Confluence, and SQL is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
