We are seeking an instructor to deliver mandatory and in‑house training courses to professionals within the Health & Social Care Industry. The Commercial Development and Delivery Team is responsible for delivering a variety of professional qualifications, including certificated and bespoke courses, in a college that aims to stay one step ahead.

Responsibilities
- Deliver mandatory and bespoke training courses to professionals within the Health & Social Care sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant certification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Practical experience working within a care setting.
- Group Training Certificate or similar (desirable).
- Experience delivering mandatory or certificated training courses such as Moving and Handling, Infection Control, Medication Awareness.
- Strong customer service, organisational, team‑working and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools relevant to the role, including MS Office and job‑specific systems.
- Adaptability to evolving digital tools and willingness to continuously improve digital competencies.
- Full UK driving licence.
