REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within a Bar environment.
- Previous experience of food and beverage desirable, preferably in a 4 star environment.
- A food service related SVQ (or equivalent) is beneficial but full training will be given.
- Experience of working with Micros systems desirable.
- Customer service experience is essential.
THE ROLE
- Setting up and serving food and beverage in the Bar areas.
- Creating cocktails, making coffees and serving drinks to the guests.
- Consistently achieving the highest degree of service to our guests.
- Maximising sales and upselling.
- Ensuring tables and stations are correctly set up.
- Ensuring cutlery/glassware is kept clean and stock levels are maintained.
- Ensuring billing procedures and cash ups are applied correctly.
- Monitoring general security.

- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- High level of customer care and attention to detail.
- Able to work with the rest of the team as well as have the ability to act on your own initiative.
- Friendly and approachable; willing to go the extra mile for our guests.
- Provide highly consistent good service and lead by example.
