Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainee Support Technician based in Dumfries, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Trainee Support Technician will assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and communicating effectively with team members and users to ensure smooth operations. Additional responsibilities may include documenting technical procedures and participating in training sessions.
