Full training will be provided to enable you to clean the premises to a high standard and support performance improvements in the cleaning service using our Find it Clean, Keep it Clean ethos.

Weekly hours: 8.25 hours per week, 39.8 weeks per year. Times of work: to be discussed at interview.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. From 28 February 2011, preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment by Dumfries and Galloway Council. Applicants who have resided outside the UK within the last 5 years, if offered a position, will be required to provide a completed police record check from the police authority in the country or countries in which they were resident, in addition to a Disclosure Scotland Check.
