Annandale and Eskdale

Are you ready for an exciting new challenge?

We are looking for motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to work as part of a team at Newington Leisure Centre and Eskdale Leisure Centre.

Newington Leisure Centre

Post 1 – 7 hour per week

£4,730.25 – £5,084.34

Eskdale Leisure Centre

Post 2 – 7.5 hours per week

£5,068.13 – £5,153.75

You will carry out general leisure attendant duties ensuring customer safety at all times, lifeguarding, communicating effectively with members of the public and other staff, undertaking cleaning duties and setting up and dismantling of sports equipment.

Experience of working with the general public, children and customer care is essential and ideally you will have experience of working in a leisure environment.

Ideally you will possess a First Aid Certificate but training can be given. Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation is desirable.

You will be required to attend staff training sessions as part of the requirement of this post. The post will include shift work including evenings and weekends.

This post is subject to candidate vetting through Disclosure Scotland.
