We are seeking to appoint a part-time 0.5 FTE temporary Teacher until 18/8/2027. Kirkcudbright Primary School was built in 2010 and is situated in the beautiful harbour town of Kirkcudbright, also known as 'The Artists' Town'. We have strong links with the local community and utilise many opportunities to enrich children's experiences within and outwith the school.
We are very proud of our welcoming ethos, positive relationships and the quality of learners' experiences. We had a positive HMIE inspection in June 2024 and have a strong foundation to build upon.

Applicants for teaching posts must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), Clerwood House, 96 Clermiston Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6UT in the appropriate sector. This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
