Bring Your Passion to Our School Kitchen! We’re looking for a positive, hands-on General Assistant (Cook 1) to help fuel our pupils with fresh, tasty meals every day. Hours Per Week: 10
38 Weeks per year: 2 hours a day Monday – Friday 12.15 – 14.15pm
You must be an energetic and enthusiastic person that will carry out the following tasks:
- Baking / Light food preparation
- Serve meals
- Setting up and decanting of dining room
- Setting up service area
- Cash handling as and when required
- Dishwashing and General kitchen duties
- Clearing down and cleaning kitchens and staff rest areas
- Carry out electronic paperwork
Initial training will include Basic Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness. Kitchen experience is not necessary as full training will be given if required.
