Join our award-winning school cleaning team at Dumfries High School. We’re looking for a Cleaner to join our friendly, supportive team. This role is ideal if you are looking for term-time, family-friendly hours in a job where your work is valued and appreciated.
About the role:
- You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
- No previous experience is required - full training will be provided.
- Your duties will include:
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and shared areas
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Supporting service improvements through our “Find it Clean, Keep it Clean” ethos
- Working independently with support from the wider team
Working hours: You will be required to work 14.5 hours per week, 39.8 weeks per year, Monday to Friday.
