Join our award-winning school cleaning team at St Mungo's Primary School, Lockerbie. We’re looking for a Cleaner to join our friendly, supportive team. This role is ideal if you are looking for term-time, family-friendly hours in a job where your work is valued and appreciated.

About the role

You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. No previous experience is required - full training will be provided. Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and shared areas
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Supporting service improvements through our “Find it Clean, Keep it Clean” ethos
  • Working independently with support from the wider team

Working hours

You will be required to work 6.5 hours per week, 3pm – 4.18pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year.

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
