We're looking for a Team Leader to manage our local network management teams in the West of the region. The team leader will be responsible for ensuring that roads across the region are well-maintained, safe, and efficiently managed. Working closely with the Roads Operations Manager, you will oversee key projects, manage budgets, develop staff, and drive performance to ensure excellent service delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, influence service improvements, and play a pivotal role in keeping our local road network running smoothly.
