We will train you to be part of our dynamic, reactive customer-facing building facilities team, providing essential janitorial and cleaning tasks in local buildings. We seek someone capable of working within a small team, independently, and self-motivated. The post holder will perform safety checks, general cleaning, and support energy efficiency at Dalbeattie Learning Campus, Dalbeattie. Responsibilities include health and safety duties and client liaison. You should be flexible, highly motivated, approachable, and organised to deliver high-quality building facilities and cleaning services.

Training will be provided in iPad/Microsoft Apps, cleaning tasks, equipment and chemical use, and health and safety. Work hours are 30 per week, with times to be discussed at the interview. A current driving licence is essential unless alternative transport arrangements can be made due to disability.

This role involves Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children under the PVG Scheme, with checks required prior to employment. Applicants with recent residence outside the UK will need to provide police clearance from the relevant authorities. Good communication skills are essential.
