We require a highly motivated and organised individual to form part of the Transport & Operations Department, the post will be part of Business Support Service – Service Specific.

\\n

The main responsibility of this post holder will be to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the key activities within Transport & Operations, including Fleet Management, Vehicle Maintenance and Radio Maintenance.

\\n

The Administrative Officer should be an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player. You will work 36 hours per week office based.

\\n

The ideal candidate will have appropriate experience of managing staff and leading teams, particularly, in relation to business processes and admin related activities.

\\n

You should possess good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

\\n

You will be expected to prioritise your own workload and oversee the work of staff members within the Transport & Operations admin team ensuring all critical tasks are undertaken in the deadlines set.

\\n

Essential for this post are the following;

  • SVQ Level 3/HNC in relevant subject or equivalent
    • Significant experience of working in an office environment
    • Meeting and Monitoring deadlines
