What’s the Job?
We are looking to appoint an organised and detail‑focused Skills Delivery Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative support to our External Development & Commercial Team. This role is essential to the smooth delivery of training programmes and work‑based learning, ensuring that records, systems, finance processes and compliance requirements are managed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting learners, employers and colleagues while maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service and confidentiality.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for skills delivery programmes, including enrolments, records management and course documentation
- Maintain accurate learner, employer and course data across internal systems, CRMs and awarding body platforms
- Act as a first point of contact for learners, employers and internal teams, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support financial and compliance processes, including invoicing, payments, audits and funding requirements
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant and high‑quality delivery of training provision

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
This post is required to be based on Campus.
Essential qualifications:
- Educated to SCQF Level 6 (or equivalent), preferably including English or a Business‑related subject
Desirable:
- Experience within an education, training or employability setting
- Experience supporting quality assurance or external audit processes
- Familiarity with awarding body systems
- Understanding of funding or compliance requirements
- Relevant further education qualification (e.g. HNC/HND in Business or Administration)
