Set in the richest pocket of the Cotswolds, Dumbleton Hall blends heritage, romance, culture, and countryside elegance. Our story reaches back to the Holland family, the literary circles of Gaskell, Dickens, and Darwin, the Mitford sisters, and poet laureate John Betjeman. Today, we continue this tradition by offering guests a living narrative of culture and hospitality.

Between Shakespeare’s Stratford and Cheltenham’s Gold Cup, our manor stands as the grand gateway to theatre, racing, walking country, and village life. Key Responsibilities
- Perform evening turndown service in guests rooms and suites
- Refresh rooms, replenish amenities, and replace towels as required
- Ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy, and presented to 5-star standards
- Draw curtains, adjust lighting, and prepare requests promptly
- Maintain guests privacy, security, and confidentiality at all times

Who We’re Looking For

- Warm, articulate, and genuinely guest-focused
- Previous experience preferred

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
