Role Description This is a contract (part-time, flexible, self-employed) role for a Receptionist at Dulwich Therapy Rooms. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering the phone, clerical/admin duties, taking payments, communication with clients and practitioners and providing excellent customer service. Qualities & Skills Phone etiquette and customer service skills Experience in Receptionist duties and clerical skills Being able to think and act autonomously when needed Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and problem solve Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks Attention to detail and good organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Office Suite) Maths & English GCSEs minimum grade C / 4 Being the friendly face of the clinic Desirable: Previous experience in a healthcare setting Administration experience Reception / customer facing experience The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic reception, greeting them in a warm, friendly and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (e.g. forwarding or replying to emails or text messages, administrative work and general clerical support).
