DULWICH THERAPY ROOMS LTD is an Integrated Health Clinic based at 47 Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, London, SE22. The clinic is focused on providing exceptional health services to the community in a welcoming environment. Our clinic has an extensive range of services and has been established for 24 years.

This is a contract (part-time, flexible, self-employed) role for a Receptionist at Dulwich Therapy Rooms. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering the phone, clerical/admin duties, taking payments, communication with clients and practitioners and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic reception, greeting them in a warm, friendly and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (e.g. forwarding or replying to emails or text messages, administrative work and general clerical support).

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Make bookings
  • Check stock, restock
  • Distribute mail
  • Act as first point of contact

Hours required: 3-4 weekday evenings per week, 5pm - 9pm, occasional extra cover.
