We are seeking a professional, friendly and highly organised Early Years Receptionist & Administrator to provide a positive and welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors, pupils and staff. The role includes supporting effective communication between parents and staff, managing pupil registration and administration, maintaining class lists, ordering supplies, and overseeing petty cash and budgets.
You will support safeguarding procedures, assist with visitor management, and receive training to administer prescribed and one-off medicines in line with school procedures. Excellent IT skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Management Information Systems is desirable.
The role is offered on a one‑year fixed‑term contract for one day per week (Friday), 8.00am to 5.00pm for 35 weeks of the year (Term‑Time).
