This is a self-employed role with daytime, evening and Saturday hours available. The Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist will provide in-person assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in an on-site clinic setting in East Dulwich.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough initial assessments
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
  • Monitoring progress over time
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical notes
  • Communicating clearly with clients about their conditions and treatment options
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure coordinated and high-quality care

The physiotherapist will also contribute to service development by staying up to date with current best practice, supporting a positive, professional clinic environment and building relationships with other healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the relevant UK professional body
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills, with the ability to tailor rehabilitation programs to individual needs
  • Effective time management, organization, and documentation skills, including maintaining clear and accurate clinical records
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and participation in supervision or CPD activities
  • Previous experience in a private practice or outpatient setting and familiarity with clinic management systems is beneficial
