We are seeking an outstanding and experienced Mathematics teacher to lead one of the largest and most successful Mathematics departments in the country. The Head of Mathematics will provide strategic leadership for the department, guiding a team of 21 teachers and overseeing academic progress and public examination outcomes across large student cohorts.
This is a pivotal leadership role requiring exceptional people management skills. The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader, able to inspire, develop and support colleagues while maintaining consistently high standards of teaching and learning.
