We are seeking an exceptional Director of IT Services to lead and shape the College's technology provision at a pivotal and ambitious time. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, resilience and futureâproofing of all IT systems across the College.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the College's IT strategy, ensuring infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services and digital platforms operate to the highest standards of availability, security, and performance.
- Lead and develop a skilled IT services team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and system lifecycles, act as the College lead for cyber compliance and external assurance, including Cyber Essentials.
- Build strong relationships across the community, supporting staff, pupils and parents with a responsive, solutionsâfocused service.
- Work closely with the Director of Digital Transformation and wider leadership team to drive innovation in teaching and learning while ensuring robust, reliable operational systems.

- Significant seniorâlevel experience in a complex organisation.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity and service management.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
